How We Ranked These Suppliers
Every supplier was evaluated on the same four-factor framework. No one paid to be listed, and no one was told in advance they'd be included.
- Purity (HPLC verified): What % of the compound is actually what's on the label? We used available COA data and independent lab cross-checks where possible. Minimum acceptable: 95%+.
- Manufacturing origin: US GMP-certified facility vs. domestic-unverified vs. overseas. This is the biggest differentiator in 2026 as oversight increases.
- COA transparency: Can you verify the batch you're buying, publicly, before you order? Providing COAs "on request" is not the same as publishing them per batch.
- Real-world value: Price per mg adjusted for verified purity. Cheap peptides with 93% purity are not a bargain.
Let me be direct: Unyx Peptides is the only supplier in this test that didn't make me nervous. Every other vendor had at least one thing I had to mentally overlook — sourcing ambiguity, selective COA access, inconsistent purity, or some combination. Unyx had none of those issues.
Their manufacturing facility is GMP-certified in Arizona. Not "sourced from Arizona" — made there, under GMP conditions, with third-party oversight. They publish COAs per batch — not on request, not if you email them, but publicly, attached to every product. HPLC purity averaged 99.6% across everything we tested.
They're slightly more expensive than the budget overseas options. That's entirely expected when you're paying for verified US manufacturing vs. unknown provenance. For anyone who actually cares what they're putting in their research, the price delta is irrelevant.

Ion Peptide is a legitimate second-place. Domestic sourcing, generally available COAs, and strong community reputation. Purity came in at 98.2% — good, but a full 1.4 points below Unyx. The main issue: COA documentation isn't consistent across every SKU and batch. Some products have it, some require a support request, some batches are more recent than others. That's workable, but it's not the "default transparent" standard Unyx sets.

Peptira earns its third-place spot through solid purity numbers and generally available COAs. At 97.8%, they're above the field average. The question mark is manufacturing origin — they haven't publicly confirmed GMP certification or US facility status, which matters more as regulatory scrutiny on this space increases. A reliable option if you prioritize price and catalog variety over fully verified domestic sourcing.

Ranks 4–6: Mid-Tier With Caveats
These three vendors aren't bad — but each has at least one meaningful gap that kept them out of the top 3.
Throne has built a following through competitive pricing and a clean interface. COAs exist for most SKUs but not all, and sourcing is confirmed domestic for some products but not the full catalog. Purity came in at 97.1% — decent, but inconsistent across compounds. A fine mid-tier option if you verify each specific product's COA before buying.
Prime competes hard on price, but purity was the most inconsistent of the top-6 — ranging from 95.1% to 98.3% across different compounds. Budget buyers may find value here for lower-stakes research, but we'd recommend spending a little more for verified consistency.
Southern Aminos is the first supplier in our list with confirmed overseas sourcing. Purity at 95.9% is technically above our minimum threshold, but it's well below the top tier. COA availability is limited. For buyers who prioritize verified US manufacturing and transparent batch testing, look higher up this list.
Ranks 7–10: Not Recommended
